Additional Foam Configurations for Sword Designs

If ideally shaped, tapered foam wedges cannot be cut for the edges, this alternate design using block shape foam pieces can be used.

Another alternate design if foam wedges or block pieces are unavailable can use layered 1/4" pieces. Glue all foam pieces together.
