Practice with the single Schwertd.  Note the light simple footwear.
In the back right note the "low inside" stance. 
In the middle, note the breaking of a cut with a deflecting strike. 
In the foreground again note the apparent counter-thrust of a cut.
Note the wide, balanced symetrical stances, the extended arms, and variety
of the second hand positions from forward, to on hip, to held behind.
Note also the counter-thrusts, the blade be pressed edge to edge, the use of a low-inside guard.
